The facts:
This is a NEW and innovative fabric softener made from 92% natural crystals. Other fabric softeners are made from oil and coat fabrics to make them feel more slick. When traditional fabric softener is used on children's sleepwear, it makes them flammable. Purex Complete Crystals Softener contains no oil and is easy to use. It goes in right at the start of the wash cycle. During the wash, the crystals spend the whole time softening your clothes and making them smell fresh.
My opinions:
My first thought was, "Whoa, they're crystals and not liquid!" I'll have to admit, I don't use fabric softener very frequently. The last time I used some (another brand), I didn't have a great experience. it did something strange to the fabric of a blanket I used it on. When I used the Purex Complete Crystals Softener, I was impressed. I smelled the fresh scent immediately and my pajamas were incredibly soft. I loved that I was able to put it in at the beginning of the cycle and walk away. It was easy to use and I didn't need too much. One thing I was most impressed by, is the fact that the smell didn't make me sneeze. I'm usually pretty sensitive to scents but this was pretty nice!
Over all, I give it 5/5 hearts.
I felt no reason to give it any less. The benefits and results over generics and traditional liquid softeners was enough to convince me that this is an awesome product that really delivers.
