This costume is super cute! It comes with the dress in a tutu style and the hat! I think it would look adorable on any little girl. Even if your child doesn't want to go as a witch, it's still cute as a pretend play dress. My son has many costumes that I bought for under $5 and he wears them when he's playing with his toys. I love when he uses his imagination! Ahem...back to the costume...lol....
